Orders & Shipping
How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. For further assistance, email us at help-desk@shapeveil.com with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All customs duties and import fees are covered — your purchase price is all-inclusive.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing help-desk@shapeveil.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line. After 6 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, email help-desk@shapeveil.com with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued as store credit. If you haven't received your credit after 14 business days, please contact us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help-desk@shapeveil.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess eligibility and send a replacement at no cost if applicable.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. For personalized sizing help, email us — we're happy to assist.
What are your products made of?
Our compression shapewear is made with advanced compression fabric designed to sculpt, support, and stay comfortable throughout the day. Full material composition is listed on each product page.
How should I care for my Shapeveil products?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry for best results. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach to preserve the compression properties. Do not tumble dry on high heat.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
