Return & Exchange Policy

At Shapeveil, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day guarantee so you can shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, reach out to us at help-desk@shapeveil.com.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations and modifications are permitted within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. To cancel, email help-desk@shapeveil.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at help-desk@shapeveil.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (underwear, bodysuits) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days. For hygiene reasons, eligible returns are refunded as store credit that can be used for future purchases.

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. Then contact us at help-desk@shapeveil.com for further assistance.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged through normal wear. Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help-desk@shapeveil.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess eligibility and send a free replacement if applicable. We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use.

Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. Monitor and screen settings affect how colors appear. If you need additional photos or details about a product's color, contact our team for personalized assistance.
